Karleigh Herman
Somatic Bodywork & Soul Support
Born and raised in Michigan, I earned my Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Health Services with a minor in Holistic Health Care. I later moved West to deepen my studies, immersing myself in the holistic health mecca of Encinitas, California—where my work began to take shape at the intersection of the physical body and the energetic field.
My work is rooted in holistic health care and massage therapy, and has evolved through training in Souluna Life Coaching, the Soul of Yoga Institute, Usui/Tibetan Reiki Master Teacher Training, and ICTA Contemporary Cupping Methods—alongside ongoing study in the sciences of soul and somatic trauma integration.
I work one-on-one with clients both in person and remotely, integrating body-based practices, breathwork, and energetic awareness to support the mind-body-spirit connection. My approach is informed by years of study, personal exploration, and direct client experience.
I support individuals experiencing physical discomfort, emotional stress, and the effects of living in a high-demand, overstimulated world. Even the most capable and self-aware can find themselves disconnected from their body, their clarity, and their sense of self.
My work is designed to help you return to safety within yourself.
Through a combination of somatic bodywork, nervous system support, and energetic alignment, I guide clients back into a state of connection—where the body softens, the mind settles, and the breath returns to a natural rhythm.
In a world that often pulls us away from ourselves, this work brings you back—supporting the body, nervous system, emotions, and spirit in returning to their natural state.
