The Wild Unfolding Bodywork
Bodywork offers hands-on, heart-centered therapy and works with the human body through manipulative therapy, breath work, and energy healing. We will tune into the electricity of the fascia planes, feel the circulatory of the energy channels, intuit the emotional strains and physical pains, and discuss your body and spirit’s energy field.
This form of bodywork is therapeutic, rehabilitative, and energetically grounding. For overall relief, my clientele come weekly to release muscle tension, rehab joints, strengthen the immune system, improve circulation and lymph flow, detox blood, decrease anxiety, eliminate stress and reconnect to their spirit through breath and meditation. Clients use this form of healing art as a way to stay centered in body, mind, and spirit.
The modalities applied are muscular manipulative therapy, the stripping of soft-tissue and the release of connective tissue in conjunction with integrative breath work and reiki energy. This process allows the mind to surrender and energy channels to flow creating a feeling of physical expansion and ease within the human body.
I support the human spirit, release and realign physical pain points stored in the body, and work directly with the nervous system. I address my clients’ imbalances on the level from which they arrive, whether it is physical, emotional, or energetic.
